A Guiding Light for Your Journey

As a Barbara Brennan School of Healing student, you are on a profound path of self-discovery and healing. 


The journey requires dedication, and part of that commitment is completing 18 personal process sessions with an approved Brennan Integrative Practitioner (BIP) or therapist. 


I understand this path because I’ve walked it myself, graduating from the four-year program in 2023 and the advanced two-year program in 2025.


With my personal experience and training as a Certified Life Coach and BIP, I can act as a guide to help you navigate your journey. 


My compassionate, heart-based approach creates a safe, judgment-free space where you can go deep without getting lost.

How I Support Your Growth

My practice is designed to support your development as a healer and to help you achieve secure attachment and internal coherence. We can work on a variety of situations you might encounter as a student and developing practitioner, including:


Processing difficult emotions: When you have persistent emotions about a client, or feel frightened by them or their issues.

 

Healing your past: We can work together to help you understand the underlying causes of emotional reactions (ER) and habitual behaviors that have been passed down through your family line.

 

Strengthening your practice: We can address continuing difficulties with healing techniques or uncertainty about working with a specific client.

 

Integrating your work: Using drawing or journaling, we can help integrate the left and right hemispheres of your brain to create a new container for your experiences.

The Process

The first step in our work is building your self-awareness by learning to track what you are experiencing emotionally, physically, and cognitively. By doing this, you can soothe your nervous system and strengthen your ability to make new choices.


We'll work on:


Tracking body sensations: Noticing things like tightness, tingling, or a racing heart.


Attending to feelings: Learning to distinguish between protective emotions like anger and core feelings like fear, sadness, and shame.


Experiencing core emotions: Through a safe and trusting relationship, we will work with these deeply buried emotions, moving you toward a place where you can experience and tolerate them, so that what was once an overwhelming force becomes a manageable feeling.


Integrating your experience: We will create a new container for your experience through verbal processing, movement, drawing, writing and/or healings.


My goal is to help you develop a larger container to hold what clients cannot tolerate themselves, empowering you to become a more powerful healing presence for them, and yourself.
